Increased Premiums and policy value

I have received a notice of a payment deduction. The amount has increased as has the value of the policy. I initiated an $18,000. policy. The representative just told me it is now listed as $24,000. What are my options? I am very concerned about the changes being made to my policy that were not at my direction. I know this is the second time I am dealing with this problem. I requested that the policy be returned to its original value of $18,000 and that my premiums be lowered. The representative stated she cannot do that for me. I feel taken advantage of regarding this matter. The company increased the policy when I did not direct them to do so. I am very distressed.

Need bill of sale on Salvage Vehicle

Need a bill of sale on 2002 Mercury Cougar that was totalled . Have traded vehicle in July and that is all that I need. Have been talking to Magdelene (sp?) in Memphis who has not been cooperative. Cannot get license plate for my car until I get that bill of sale. HELP!!!!!

Explorer insurance will not pay the full amount to repair my car.

very unprofessional , claims representative does not follow up on the repair shop , rude, Because of her the car stayed in shop long then it should almost 30 days. claims representative name is MARLENE ANDREONI PHONE # 1800 788-8984 EXT. 55715

Commerical Traveler’s Mutual Insurance Accident

I had an open claim for a knee injury suffered at my university. The insurance company denied my claim when they found out I have a menisus tear and need further treatment, under the guise that too much time has passed.

Collision on a parked vehicle CL#13C25654

Your insured Christian Concern Mngmt’s driver hit my parked vehicle and left the scene and later returned. With Guide One’s permission my vehicle was repaired. Your company has paid for my deductible but says the claim is settled and will not pay for my rented vehicle ($191.00). All costs incurred as a result of this accident should be covered by your company. The accident was not any fault of mine and I would not have rented a vehicle if I did not need one. I appreciate your response in settling this matter.
