Alfa Insurance refusal to return calls…Crappy customer service
on October 12, 2011 at 11:00 amI was rear ended by someone insured by Alfa. They “supposedly” had my car fixed. its not TWO different colors, still has a dent in it, and the paint job has black flecks in it and drips. I have been trying to get someone, ANYONE, on the phone for 6 weeks. NO one there EVER answers their phones. I have had their claims adjuster “try” to call me back a few times but when they call you it is from a different number. Every time he calls me, he can hear me but I can not hear him. Ive left dozens of messages alerting him to the problem asking him to call me from another number. Ive left messages for his supervisor, he didnt return my calls either. Ive left messages for his supervisors supervisor, she hasnt returned my calls.. Ive even left messages for her supervisor and he hasnt returned my calls either!. Its an ongoing cycle. Im trying to find out who actually owns this insurance company and the best I can come up with is Alfa Group which is a Russian company and I know no one there is going to call me back. Ive reported to the BBB but nothing from them yet either. WHAT A HASSLE!! I would never recommend this crappy company. Im calling an attorney!
