		<description>I WAS INVALVED IN A REAR END COLISION 12 6 2011 WITH A PERSON WHO HAD GAINSCO INCERANCE. I WAS ASIGNED An adjuster Monica Ordonez she accepted responsibility for the insured. I then got a call from Eva Ferraro who inspected my Truck and gave me an estimate of 702.52 for the repair. That was enough for the bumper and maybe earl sahib to repair. I’m sorry my truck in exlant condition and one it was rear ended the bead was pushed in the cab. So I took it to 3 reputable shops were they said the frame was tweaked and the amount were around 1750.00 to repair. I understand their in business to make money. So I call Monica Ordonez back she said the clam had been paid and they sent a check out. I told her I was not excepting payment she then said I would have to talk to her manager Misty Megdow which I left a message on her voice mail on 1 4 2011 have not heard back from her .  So yesterday I called on 1 9 2011 Gainsco insurance headquarters yesterday and left a message with   Supposable her manager to which I have knot receded a call back.  I think I’m entitled to the cost of the repairs and the rental reimbursement of 5 days my suggestion is DON’T BUY A CRAPPY PRODUCT thank fully I did require a hospitals visit.</description>

		<description>Wow at least they fixed yours mine was totaled 2 years ago when i had a wreck with one of their insured and i haven&#039;t seen anything from them, granted it was a older vehicle, when i did hear from them over a year ago the story was that my vehicle was worth less than a third of what a comparable replacement would cost (same year, trim, color, options, with 10xxx more miles than mine had) I highly recommend contacting a good lawyer as well as your insurance company....</description>

		<description>That is funny actually, I have been fighting with alfa for almost 2 years now, for an accident that one of their insured drivers caused, which I never had a problem with them as a company when i was insured by them, and it seems now that i am on the other side of the fight with them it kinda makes me feel better about switching company&#039;s after what you had to say, i understand that it is a company&#039;s job to protect their interests and their assets, however when that company is liable or at fault they NEED to correct the problem and make a good faith effort to try and resolve the situation, if I were you I would contact your state government and ask what can be done they should have a Division of Financial and Insurance Review that should be able to help you... However from everything that I have had to experience with this Company I only hope that one day they pull their heads out of their collective asses and learn how to treat those who use their services with a lot better customer service</description>
