Had impacted widom tooth extracted in Feb, 2012…Insurance says they will not pay for the procedure because THEIR advisors felt like it was an un-needed procedure…Never mind it was impacted and I was in pain, …This company does whatever possible to avoid paying a claim…. Symetra Insurance refuses to cancel my automatically billed dental policy, in spite of the numerous calls I have made to them.  Besides this, my employer, PF Chang’s, will not help with the administration of policy obtained through their own employee benefits program.  It would be very difficult to even stop the payment for this insurance [...]
