Donegal Insurance Adjuster Uncooperative
on July 13, 2011 at 6:07 pmAfter being involved in a car accident, A Donegal Insurance adjuster refused to correct certain issues on her form. The information on the form was incorrect, and the adjuster hung up on me after she said she was not going to argue. She also refused to provide me with any information on finding a new car, and refused to cooperate with me. I was the victim of their insured, who hit me, received a fine and was found guilty! And Donegal Insurance Group could not possibly care less that there insured was the one in the wrong, and I seriously doubt they even did an investigation into the matter.
