Insurance Complaints

I had Gainsco for about 2 years no tickets no accidents no anything. My bill started off about average for my age I was never late I never missed a payment and then some how my bill went up 50 dollars so I called and the said that the whole state went up (mind you my new insur. is 60 dollars less a month now) If my bill was due on the 23rd i would get the bill in the mail on the 20th and have to rush to the mail box. I ended up calling and asking if there was a cancellation fee or any fee at that matter just to be safe they said there was NO FEE just send in a letter saying you want to cancel it and sign it which I did. Now Iam getting a letter in the mail from a collection agency saying that I have to pay for a early can. fee and if I dont my license will be suspended. So once again because of this sorry companies mess up I have to pay out of my pocket. I will never recommend Gainsco to anyone !
