Insurance Complaints

I lost my engagement ring in a park.  Horace Mann refuses to cover it because they said it was a “named peril”.   What heck is that?

I think just this is just an excuse not to pay out. They are in no way the “Insurance Company for Teachers” as they claim.  I am going to let all my friends know how unhappy I am with them.
