Western & Souther has an incorrect birthdate on my policy. They don’t seem to be able to change it. I faxed them the correct iformation April 6, 2011. I found out later that it was never changed. My local office said they would look into it. I again called to follow up at the main office today – same problem. I had to go through the hoops to talk to someone, since you have to give your birthdate. If they have the wrong birthdate, they don’t recognize you on the phone. Now I have to refax my information. This is getting old.
