Insurance Complaints

I was told by Manulife that they would cover my prescription. Their steller medical team, however, feels that Mirena is not an IUD (which it actually IS) and they are refusing to cover it.

So they are saying that they will cover IUD’s but not the Mirena. Mirena is the leading perscription given to women to help prevent hysterectomies!
