Car was burgularized and four days later vandalized in two different areas – self explanatory incidents and clearly described. Two weeks past and no one contacted me. Adjuster finally sneaks by and then delays submitting the report another week. I contact corporate office and inquire… great manager follows up and the adjuster is pissed off so the adjuster forwards my claim to special investigations suggesting that I did these bogus claims to a $36,000 car to collect a mere insurance claim… what a joke. This company is on the path for closure with the insurance commission in California… I will make certain of it!
