State Farm dumps 21 year customer after hail storm
on April 2, 2011 at 8:54 pmI just wanted to pass on to other consumers that State Farm doesn’t care about customer loyalty anymore. After a violent hail storm last May, they raised my deductible so high that I had to leave them. They said that I had too many claims, but before the hail storm I had only one claim in my twenty-one years of being a State Farm customer.
When I tried to get car insurance through another company, they also said that I had too many claims even though they validated the fact that there was only one claim in over twenty years before the storm. In fact, I haven’t had a single moving violation since 1976!
Many homes and autos were beaten severly during this storm, and the damage was extensive.
My point is, there is no loyalty to long time customers at State Farm anymore, so beware!

All these insurance companies have one thing in mind, their profit margin. I have yet to see a compassionate business in this line of business.

sad but true it is a business they are running and customer loyalty/satisfaction is not job 1. it is net profit
they are taking a beating with all the storms but just like our government, they have spent all of their (OUR) money that they have been charging(raping) us for years
