Horace Mann, You send me this form that I am suppose to be able to do on line. Says go to Horacemann. com then visit Customer Care Center. Check your site. There is NO Customer Care Center listed any where on any of the home pages I opened. Every year you send this stupid survey. I’m still retired and the only thing that changes is the milage on my car.
