Insurance Complaints

Symetra Insurance refuses to cancel my automatically billed dental policy, in spite of the numerous calls I have made to them.  Besides this, my employer, PF Chang’s, will not help with the administration of policy obtained through their own employee benefits program.  It would be very difficult to even stop the payment for this insurance policy, seeing as the insurance company has the payment arrangements set up as a direct withdrawal.
