Western Sothern continues to give me the run-around concerning my mom’s life insurance. My mom, Linnie Ballard, died on feb 18,2011, and I, Dessie Profitt, her daughter, and the beneficiary, have been trying in vain to collect her inusrance money.

The funeral home received their payment twoo weeks after she died, but the employees of Western-Southern keep putting me off when I ask them where my money is. They keep sending the check back and forth to various offices within Western-Southern. It seems that the right hand doesn’t know what the left hand is doing.

To make matters worse, they actually tried to collect March payment, but my mom died on Feb 18. That is pretty pathetic.

Ever time I call and ask whenI will get the insurance check, they give some cock-andbull story that makes absolutely no sense. Sure would appreciate your help. My phone number is 937-304-0373.
